How Our Process and Payment Options Work

By Credit Goliath · Last updated

Before anything is billed, before any dispute is filed, there is a specific legal sequence we follow with every client. It exists because the Credit Repair Organizations Act requires it, and because it protects you. This page walks through that sequence in order, and then covers the actual ways you can pay us once you decide to move forward.

Step one: free credit analysis

We start with a call, not a sale. Bring your three-bureau credit report, or we will walk you through pulling one, and a specialist reads it with you line by line. You leave that call knowing which items on your file look like legitimate candidates for dispute and which do not — whether or not you ever become a client. There is no credit pull performed on our side during this step and no obligation to buy anything.

Step two: written agreement and required disclosures

If you decide to move forward, you receive, and must sign, a written service agreement before any billing or work begins. Along with it you receive the Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law statement, a document the Credit Repair Organizations Act requires every credit repair organization to provide, explaining your rights — including the fact that you can dispute credit report items yourself, for free, directly with the bureaus at any time, with or without hiring anyone.

You also receive a three-day right to cancel the agreement, without penalty, for any reason. That cancellation window runs from the date you sign, and exercising it costs you nothing.

Nothing is billed and no work begins until this agreement is executed and, where applicable, the cancellation window has been honored. A company that skips these steps, bills upfront before doing any work, or buries the cancellation right is violating the Credit Repair Organizations Act, and that should be treated as disqualifying regardless of what else it promises.

Step three: the work itself

Once the agreement is in place, we go through your file for the specific items that look inaccurate, unverifiable or obsolete, document the factual basis for each one, and file disputes under FCRA §611 with supporting evidence attached. Bureau and furnisher responses come back within the statutory 30- or 45-day reinvestigation window, and we review each one, following up on items that were verified with weak documentation and confirming corrections propagate across all three bureaus rather than just one.

You have visibility into this the entire time. We do not bill for work that has not been performed, and we report honestly on what actually comes back from each reinvestigation rather than characterizing every response as a win.

Payment options

Once you have signed the agreement and the process is underway, we accept payment through the following methods. Full details for each — account information, wallet addresses or invoice terms — are provided directly to clients rather than published publicly, for security reasons.

  • Zelle, a direct bank-to-bank transfer from your banking app.
  • Navy Federal Credit Union member-to-member transfer, for clients who are NFCU members.
  • Bank wire transfer, from any U.S. bank account.
  • Cash App via Bitcoin, for clients with a BTC-enabled Cash App account.
  • Direct Bitcoin payment from any wallet to our company address.
  • A secure, one-time Bitcoin payment link generated for your exact order amount.
  • Formal invoicing with custom terms, available for VIP clients.

What to expect after you pay

Payment confirms your service under the agreement already signed; it does not restart the disclosure process, since that happens before any payment is requested. If you have questions about which payment method fits your situation, or you want the specific account or wallet details for a method listed above, contact us directly and we will send them.

Why we sequence it this way

This order — free analysis, then disclosures and agreement, then work, then payment for work performed — is not a courtesy on top of the law. It is the law. The Credit Repair Organizations Act specifically prohibits charging a consumer for credit repair services before those services are actually performed, and it specifically requires the written disclosures and cancellation right before any agreement takes effect. We follow that sequence exactly, every time, with every client, and we will not skip a step to close a sale faster.

Frequently asked questions

When do you actually charge me?

After you have signed the written service agreement, received the Consumer Credit File Rights statement, and your three-day cancellation window has run. We do not charge for work before it is performed.

Can I cancel after signing?

Yes. You have a three-day right to cancel the agreement without penalty, for any reason, under the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

Do you accept credit or debit card payments?

Our current payment options are Zelle, Navy Federal member transfer, bank wire, Bitcoin through Cash App or a direct wallet, a secure Bitcoin payment link, and formal invoicing for VIP clients. Contact us if you need the specific details for any of these methods.

Is the free credit analysis really free?

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation for the initial analysis call, and no credit pull is performed on our end during it.
